You will feel the history of this room and imagine the buzz of an 200 year old café, being a hub of the old village as locals sat outside on the stone steps to drink coffee, purchase some grocery items and share their stories of the day. 

The Suite has its own private entrance, and harmoniously combines history with handmade Corfiot furnishing, Cocomat natural fibre mattress, luxury cotton linens and a modern bathroom.

The Weavers Suite of the house had an ‘argalios’, a weaving tool for making carpets and clothes from sheep’s wool.

The room was originally used for storage and for keeping livestock.

The room is named after the family’s small donkey who had exceptionally big ears called ‘Goussi’.

A 47m2 Suite, reflecting its Venetian history faithfully.

The interior layout has been restored for modern comfort and retains many of the traditional features, including the original bread oven and items dating back to the 17th century used in the house at the time.

The room has a long history of being used as summer house, a carpenter’s shop and at one time a black smith. Many momentos found during the restoration can be found in your suite. 

Formerly the local Doctor’s summer residence dating back the 18th century, you will find its history with many unique reflections of the past in your suite.
