 In the basement, there is a furnished studio of 33 m², a 55 m² playroom, a 19 m² gym with fitness equipment, and a sauna for 2 people.

On the ground floor is the living room with a fireplace, the dining room, and the kitchen of 100 m². There is also a wine preservation closet and 1 WC. There is also a furnished terrace of 80 m².

On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is 30 m². and has 1 own bathroom with shower, 1 WC, and a dressing room.
